Our History

John Moriarty founded West End Services over 30 years ago, focusing on sprinkler repair in the Scripps Ranch area where he grew up. He has since grown the company into a multi-divisional corporation that expanded from residential sprinkler repair to Commercial Landscape Maintenance, Backflow Device Repairs, Testing, and Pavement Renovations. West End Services remains a family-owned and operated company focusing on customer service, quality repairs, and maintenance.

Complete Outdoor and Maintenance Services

West End Services has provided Commercial Landscape Maintenance services to San Diego businesses for over 30 years. We provide more than just landscape services with multiple divisions, offering a complete package of outdoor maintenance services. From regular maintenance packages to tree trimming, erosion control, weed abatement, and renovations, the Green Division encompasses all the services a standard landscape maintenance company offers. What makes us unique is the inclusion of our other divisions. Pavement Maintenance and renovations, including patching, striping, overlay, and ADA compliance, are done by the Black Division. The Black Division also offers the miscellaneous property services not every contractor does or can provide without subbing out work like stucco and fence repair, graffiti removal, parking lot sweeping, outdoor and parking lot lighting, and more. The Blue Division does water maintenance services from complete irrigation, landscape drainage, and backflow repairs and installations. No other company in San Diego offers such a complete array of services.
